Crumbling floor replaced with a more reliable solution

Our back hallway floor here at our office was in horrible condition. We decided to dig it up and put in new flooring. Little did we know when we pulled up the old flooring, the floor was rotting through to the basement. How much longer would the floor last if we hadnt pulled it all up and replaced it? The guys pulled the old tile and crumbling floor all out and replace it with new plywood and flooring. Now you can walk on the floor with confidence that it isn't going to break through!
