After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialists provided the homeowner with a free quote for our Helical Pier System. One of our crews led by Foreman, George Barry, installed the piers deep below the foundation in order to permanently stabilize the home. This La Pointe, WI homeowner was dealing with serious foundation issues and persistent musty odors from the crawl space. As seen in the "before" photo, the foundation was crumbling, creating both safety concerns and a damp, unpleasant environment. To tackle these issues, we employed a comprehensive solution, including a trusted Helical Pier system to stabilize and secure the foundation. We also installed SmartPipe™ and SmartSump™ to manage water flow, along with SmartJacks™ for additional support to ensure a level and solid structure.

In addition to addressing the foundation, we tackled the musty smell by installing a CleanSpace® vapor barrier to seal out moisture and a SaniDry Sedona® for high-efficiency dehumidification. The crawl space was also equipped with an EverLast® door and reinforced with rim joists and cross beam supports to ensure lasting protection and structural integrity.

This Stillwater MN home was having problems with water coming into the basement from around the perimeter of the basement and through the walls in specific areas. The homeowner wanted to eliminate the concerns they had for the items they were storing in their basement that would sometimes get wet or need to be moved to avoid getting wet every time it would rain. This customer understood that a full interior waterproofing system would help direct the water coming into their home directly into their sump pump rather than through the basement where it could ruin their valuables. With the customer in agreement to this solution we got to work installing the waterproof membrane on the basement walls which was sealed to the drain tile down below. This drain tile utilizes our patented technology which prevents dirt from clogging the system and allows water to be efficiently drained away from the home.
