A DBS Foreman led the installation of the project with help from a team. Together, the team installed 3 i-beams to support the wall. These steel braces are secured using large brackets to ensure security. Over time, the beams will be adjusted to restore the wall and move it back into its original position.

He proposed the use of our patented SmartJack® system to help secure the home's main support beam. The customer was relieved to have a plan in place to permanently stabilize his home. Foreman, Casey Healy, and his crew were tasked with installing our SmartJack® system. They poured new footings and then secured the beam with the use of SmartJacks®.
Bowing Wall in Saint Paul, MN Garage Fixed with Wall Anchors
This Saint Paul, MN home was with a block foundation. At one point, a garage was added and attached to the home. The homeowner started noticing issues with the foundation shifting on one particular side of the garage. The soil was putting pressue on the wall, causing it to bow inwards. The project Foreman and crew installed 4 GeoLock™ Wall Plates and Earth Anchors to the failing foundation wall. This system uses the heavy-duty anchors in and connects them to plates on the wall interior wall. Connected with long, galvanized rods, these anchors are tightened to straighten the wall over time and provide maximum support.
The customer was happy with the work done and now has a permanent solution they can count on for years to come.

A DBS Forman led a team in the installation of this project. Using hydraulic pressure, the helical pier was driven into the ground until it reached native, solid soil. Once reached, the hydraulic pressure travels back upwards to the home in order to push against the soil and lift the structure.
