This anchor is connected to steel plates inside of the home using a steel rod. The system can be adjusted in order to reposition the wall back to stability.

Design Specialist Henry Jungbauer visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. DBS Foreman Orrin Sundberg and his prodution crew place a drainage layer and vapor barrier in the crawl space. This will prevent moisture as well as pests from entering the home via the crawl space.

Keeping your crawl space dry can also significantly reduce long-term damage to the wooden building material supporting the structure. From there, they applied closed-cell spray foam insulation to the rim joists where the crawl space was releasing cold air into the main level of the home.
