Design Specialist, Hunter Riley went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Hunter performed an analysis of where heat was escaping from the home and concluded that the crawl space was the problematic area. The solution for the heat loss was to apply Spray Foam along the perimeter walls and the rim joists. Foreman Jason Foster and his production team successfully applied the Spray Foam in the crawl space.

The new owner of this house in Maple Grove, MN were told after their inspection that the garage was unstable. Looking for a solution, they reached out to DBS.

Sales Manager Andy Bost went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowners. After a thorough inspection, Andy generated a quote for the homeowners for our CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System. 

Foreman George Barry led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together they installed 5 strips of CarbonArmor® to permanently stabilize the cracked walls.  CarbonArmor® is made of fiber-reinforced polymers which are 10-times stronger than steel but are flexible enough to fit tightly against walls. This solution is non-invasive and ideal for quickly stabilizing bowing and leaning walls.

Now that the garage has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner can relax without worrying about their garage walls failing.
