Design Specialist James Miller visited the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the owners. James completed a thorough inspection and informed the homeowners of a DBS foundation system that would solve their issue. 

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 3 GeoLock™ Wall Anchors and 4 PowerBrace™ I-beams. Both systems will help straighten the walls over time by tightening the bolt on the GeoLock™ plate and bracket near the rim joist on the PowerBrace™ I-beams.

Now that the home has been permanently stabilized, the homeowners will not need to worry about finding additional solutions and can relax comfortably in their safe home.

This often indicates that the house is shifting out of its original alignment, making doors and windows difficult to open.
