This home just outside the city of Gilbert had gone without care for some time and the current owner now wishes to restore it to its original glory of when it was their family home. Among the first steps in this process was to re-stabilize the foundation. After years of temporary fixes on the foundation, it was time to install a permanent solution that supported the whole home without need for wood shims, additional bottle jacks, or a newly constructed foundation. By using a combination of helical piers and steel beams we created a solution custom fit to the home that provides even support across the whole home.

For this project, a homeowner in Duluth, MN was experiencing poor insulation with their crawl space. Cold, drafty air was making its way through to parts of the house, which is uncomfortable and energy-consuming. Fortunately, the owner was able to contact DBS to help solve the issue.
