DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo met with the homeowner and created a plan to waterproof the basement space. WaterGuard® was installed around the perimeter of the basement in addition to a new TripleSafe™ Sump Pump. PowerBrace® Beams were placed along the perimeter of the basement to permanently stabilize the walls. ZenWall™ paneling replaced the previous drywall and allows water to drain into the WaterGuard® system with ease keeping unwanted water out.
