This homeowner reached out to us after noticing his floors beginning to buckle, he took a quick look under the home itself and noticed there was some fungal growth on his floor joists. We sent one of our design specialists out to take a look at these issues, and they discovered a much deeper issue with moisture and mildew. With a complete lack of moisture protection, it is no shock that it had gotten this bad, but fortunately we came with a solution! Our encapsulation system was just what he needed, it would bring a combined variety of moisture-proofing products capable of acting as protection against all forms of water and moisture. A crawl space dehumidifier is also installed in the space to constantly keep the humidity down to a safe percentage, creating an environment where mold and mildew cannot thrive.
