The YSS crew installed our SmartJack system in this crawlspace to permanently stabilize the sloping floors above.  Our customer, Marianne, purchased this property and soon discovered that the floors on her addition were not level.  Our system ensures that she will not have to worry about this problem in the future.  Our crew also installed a sump pump, dehumidifier, and vapor barrier to ensure that the crawlspace stays dry and healthy for years to come.  Conditioning the air and humidity in your crawlspace is vital to the health of the air in your home.

The owner of this home in Cody, WY contacted Yellowstone Structural Systems with concerns of the chimney settling and beginning to pull away from the home. YSS installed a helical pier down to bedrock, attached a bracket to the chimney foundation and raised it back to plumb.
