Driveway Concrete Repair

During winter, your concrete experiences a freeze-thaw cycle. When snow melts, it seeps into the concrete, and overnight, the temperature drop causes the water to freeze.

This recurring process can lead to uneven or cracked concrete slabs over the winter months.

Now is the perfect time to consider the condition of your concrete. See how our waterproof expanding foam can lift and permanently restore your slabs to their proper place.

Stabilizing a Home in Denver, CO

We we able to meet this customer's needs by providing a detailed plan that fit their budget. The customer cared a lot about the property and wanted it to stay stable for a long time. There were two main problems: part of the house was sinking near the edge of the property, and one wall was sinking and moving sideways because of water pressure.  We used push piers to lift the foundation up and keep it from sinking in the future. Our team made the necessary changes and the customer was so pleased that they gave us a five-star rating.

7 Inch Concrete Lift

Spring time means it's the perfect time to check your garage for concrete damage. Snowmelt sneaking through cracks can wash away soil under your concrete, causing dangerous dips in corners.

See how we lifted this garage 7 inches with our waterproof expanding foam, PolyLevel. We even sealed the cracks with our patented caulking, NexusPro, for lasting protection.

Waterproofing in Lakewood, CO

This customer bought their house a little over a year ago and the first time they experienced an abundant amount of rain, the basement completely flooded. The customer needed to cut all of the drywall and finishings and wants to make sure the area doesn't get ruined. The problem was that the home had no drainage system so the rain had nowhere to go. Our team installed a full perimeter waterproofing system with a lateral line to achieve maximum protection. On top of that, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump system to ensure the basement will stay dry all the time.

Crawlspace Repair in Wheat Ridge, CO

This customer has noticed moisture in the crawlspace and was concerned about the structural support post. They knew they wanted to sell the house within the next 7-8 years, so they wanted to get a start on fixing some issues now. After inspecting the house, we discovered the customer's foundation was built on caissons, or a watertight retaining structure. When it would rain, moisture would come in but would never pool, just making the soil damp. The dirt crawlspace was also a contributor to the poor indoor air quality.

We were able to help this homeowner with a crawlspace encapsulation, one SmartJack on one side of the beam on the shallow dirt shelf walls, and one SmartJack XT on the seven-foot drop in the soil/elevation changed in the crawlspace.
