Cracked or unlevel concrete can lead to serious issues down the road. Concrete repair is essential for your driveway, sidewalk, or patio to protect it for the future. 

This homeowner has recently been thinking about the age and health of his wife, himself, and their friends that often come over. He wants to protect everyone from falling on their sidewalk and step. Plus he wants to maintain the curb appeal of their home. We sent our team over to take a look at it and decipher what the issue is. We found that the soil around the concrete was dried out from warm weather, making the concrete sink. Then once it started to rain, the soil underneath was slowly washed away. To raise the concrete back up, we used our expandable foam that is injected below the concrete. Then we used NexusPro, a long-lasting silicone joint and crack sealant.

Our crews arrived at the home in Lee’s Summit and installed our 2-part concrete protection system. It began by injecting our Polylevel foam beneath the concrete’s surface to lift, level, and stabilize the settled areas. Then, our NexusPro joint sealer is applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent any water from causing damage in the future and give the driveway a flush, clean appearance.

This customer was worried about water penetrating the joints and cracks in their driveway. Concerned that if it wasn't fixed it would only get worse, they had our team come out and take a look at it. We ended up stabilizing the concrete slabs with our PolyLevel expanding foam and then sealed up those cracks with NexusPro. 

This homeowner was experiencing washout and soil voids under slabs of his driveway. He has a son and was worried about him getting hurt while playing outside, so he wanted the repair to be done for the sake of his peace of mind.
