This homeowner was dealing with major concrete sinking in their driveway and sidewalk. The cracks were gaping, and it just didn't look nice. In order to lift that sidewalk slab we injected our expandable polyurethane foam called PolyLevel. PolyLevel compacts the soil around concrete slabs, providing stability for years to come. To finish the project we used NexusPro joint sealant to fill all the cracks and make it look great! 

Uneven concrete is an issue no matter where it is – your driveway, sidewalk, or even your barn floor. This homeowner called us in to level his barn's concrete floor so he could safely continue using it for his equipment.

Homeowner Leda G. noticed that the front stoop had settled in her Kansas City, MO home. She wanted to maintain the appearance of her home. She decided to call Thrasher and see how our concrete repair services could help her.

System Design Specialist Sam Pretz went out to the home. He explained to Leda how our concrete repair solutions would be able to lift and level the stoop. Our crew got started by leveling the concrete by using PolyLevel. Then we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to close the cracks. This homeowner had lived in their home since 2007, with no intention of moving. Over time, the driveway had a bump form as he came out of the garage, and it eventually got harder to get in and out of his garage. It was also quite the eye sore to see the uneven driveway, so he called us to inspect his driveway concrete.

We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Powers to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution for this homeowner. Brandon found that the top slabs of the driveway and walkway had voids underneath them due to soil erosion. He talked with the homeowner and explained that this issue was fixable without new concrete being poured, and the homeowner was thrilled. Our team used PolyLevel Concrete Leveling and NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair to lift, level, and seal the concrete to prevent any further issues with soil erosion.
