This homeowner's basement had many signs of water damage on all walls, including mold growth. The main goal was to increase the health and safety conditions within the home.  To address these concerns, we implemented a solution by adding CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the walls. This product created a healthier and safer environment and also increased the value of the home. 

Homeowner Susan M. in Clive, IA was growing tired of the crawl space always being dirty and having bugs and mice in the space. The space has never been sealed off from the outside, so she was ready to make the space feel cleaner and brighter. Service Technician Brandon Roast went out to Susan’s home. He performed a thorough inspection of the crawl space. It was dark and the plastic lining had many holes in it. The crew encapsulated the space with CleanSpace and sealed up all the seams and tops to make sure the space was useable, and nothing could get in the crawl space again. Susan was very impressed with the quality of work and how well the crew worked together.

This homeowner was experiencing a musty smell in his house that he wanted to get rid of. He gave Thrasher Foundation Repair a call and System Design Specialist, Elliott Christians, came out to meet with him. Elliot found his crawlspace was not encapsulated, which was causing the musty smell to rise into the living area. These homeowners own a buy and resell business. They noticed they were experiencing some moisture in their basement, and knew they needed to get this fixed fast. They called Thrasher Foundation Repair and System Design Specialist, Cody Shipley, came out to help. Together, they decided on CleanSpace and WaterGuard.
