This customer wanted to add a gazebo to his backyard, but first he wanted to fix his back porch area. He also wanted to minimize tripping hazards as much as possible to protect himself and his family. The concrete slab was sinking a few inches and our team was able to lift it back to its original position using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the slab to stabilize it. 

This customer fell victim to flooding in their basement when heavy rain struck and the drain tile was unable to provide proper drainage. Referred to us by a company that aided in the cleanup, the homeowner turned to Thrasher for their defense strategy against future water damage.  We installed TripleSafe system which is made with redundancy to ensure water removal even during pump failure or power outages. This customer was getting ready to sell her house and didn't want water damage to prevent the sale. So she called Thrasher to come out and inspect her home. Upon inspection, we found that the home's foundation had a lot of damage with moisture, broken walls, and sagging beams. To fix these issues, we installed WaterGuard, a full wall of CleanSpace, and installed a TripleSafe sump pump to control water. We swapped some anchor plates under warranty, we added new PowerBraces to another wall for more support. And we also added supplemental beams and Smart Jacks to support failing beams and sagging joists.

The customer was very happy with how everything turned out and relieved she didn't have to worry about these issues anymore.
