Thank you for your recent work on my home's foundation.  I'd like to express my deep appreciation to all who worked on my home - from Josh, who did the assessment and proposed solutions for me last December; to Ian, Jose, Jose, Connor and Juan; and finally to John and Jason who finished the last two items on Friday and Monday.  Angela and Darlene were also very helpful in answering questions over the phone. My thanks to all of you for your timeliness, good communication, hard work, guidance and thoroughness. I always felt that each of you had my best interests at heart and THAT is the hallmark of a well-run business. The results already give me confidence in the soundness of my house for the years I remain here and for the next owner.  I appreciated everyone's willingness to answer my questions, and I was impressed with the clear understanding and insight each individual brought to the work they do. The only hitch was Friday morning, when I first heard it raining and ran outside to check the downspouts.  I had forgotten to make sure the front downspout was somehow reattached by either your crew or myself.  I could only make a precarious, temporary placement.  When I called your office about getting a support placed to attach it to, your response was genuine concern (as it was still raining!) and quick action to come by and secure it while I was at work.  Again, thank you. Thrasher really came through for me. My basement wall was failing and I was really worried that Thrasher was going to have to trench out our backyard. But luckily, they only had to dig out 2x2 holes. I couldn't believe the little amount of digging!

After receiving a few quotes from companies I choose Thrasher because they were the most professional and experienced. The Salesman and the crew were very professional and did a good job. 

My Basement walls kept moving in and I got tired of re-fitting the doors affected by the wall movement. I had heard about Thrasher from advertisements but, figured they would be expensive judging by the amount of work that would be needed. Several neighbors in my neighborhood have had Thrasher complete work for them so I decided to have them out for a free estimate. Surprisingly, it was very affordable. Fausto dealt with a major setback in a professional manner when it was discovered that the route to reinforcement was filled with bricks and cement. No one knew about this until he began to dig the holes. This led to additional days of work to complete the job. I was very impressed with Thrasher. All of the work was completed within the original quoted price and with no extra charge for the delay. 

I really liked the install process and the warranty for the project. It was also impressive the work was done in one day! 

I choose Thrasher due mainly to the television commercials and the promotional materials that we received in the mail. The crew was very professional and dedicated. They worked long hours and took care to not damage anything.  All of our neighbors know what was done and that we are satisfied.

Everything went great! The team was on time and worked so fast!! Haven't noticed anything since they left, so far so good. 

I had previously had Thrasher work done at my house. If someone was to ask me for a recommendation, I would recommend Thrasher, especially after this last work at my house. The crew was excellent and Tom explained everything very well to me.

We have a 5 stall garage that was bowing in, and had used Thrasher for the house many years ago.  Because of this past experience, we wanted them to look at the garage. Thrasher beat the price from another quote we had gotten and the warranty was better. The inside and outside was as clean as before they started.

Cracks in our drywall where addition was put on the house and uneven cement slabs on driveway and back porch area as well as steps pulling away from house are what led us to choose Thrasher to fix the issues. The consulation was educational on how the work would be done and why it should be done the "Thrasher" way! He inspected the entire house and gave an honest opinion on what work should be done, what to watch and what didn't need to be done. Also, both of the work crews were friendly, informative, called and let us know when to expect them.  

I was impressed with the system literature that explains exactly what the salesman, Brian, was telling us.  Jim, the Supervisor on our job, was very friendly and informative and put me at ease during the pier setting process.  Cement had to be replaced and was done perfectly.  Detail seems to be very important to Thrasher employees and I am impressed.
