He went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied with the final installation. Tim 100% understands the value of customer service, and treated us with respect and care. The entire crew was courteous and respectful of our home, which is rare to find these days. I highly recommend Thrasher!

I selected Thrasher based on their reputation.  I had heard of the company.  Also, the customer reviews. I was impressed with the initial estimate meeting.  The representative was here when he said he would be, was informative and actually scheduled the repair appointment at that time.  I appreciated the confirmation calls and the neat job the contractors did.  I also appreciated the timely manner in which all of this was done, start to finish.

My wife was EXTREMELY pleased with the way that they left no mess at all!

The crew was very polite and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves properly and everything looked great!
