This bridge in South Reno underwent a major structural restoration to extend its life and improve safety for the community. Our team successfully lifted the bridge 7 inches using high-density polyurethane foam, allowing us to replace deteriorating wood decking beneath the structure.

Foundation settlement had caused visible brick wall cracking at this Reno apartment building. Our team excavated along the affected foundation and installed engineered helical piers with structural support brackets to transfer the building load to stable soil below. After stabilization was complete, the area was carefully backfilled and restored, leaving the property clean and looking as if we were never there, with long-term structural stability and protection against further movement.
