Installing Basement Waterproofing, Concord, MA

This homeowner in Concord, Massachusetts, has lived in their home since the early 90s. They have gone over 20 years without having water in their basement. This all changed a couple of years ago, and now rainstorms will cause water to flood their basements. The homeowners don't have a sump pump so they have to clean up the basement themselves by using a shop vac.

Over the past couple of years, the homeowners have grown frustrated with each rainstorm. This year they decided it was time to find a solution to prevent the water from collecting on the floor in the basement. The homeowners called EFS and our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the basement. After the inspection, we recommended installing a sump pump, interior drainage, and an exterior drainage system.

Our Installation Team installed WaterGuard, TripleSafe, IceGuard, and Exterior Drainage to the home to prevent water from collecting on the basement floor.

Basement Floods During Rainstorms, Concord, MA

An owner of a rental property in Concord, Massachusetts, has seen water entering their basement during rainstorms. The owner called EFS to have us inspect the basement and find a solution to their water problem. Our Design Specialist met with the owner and looked around the basement. They recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system into the basement to prevent water from collecting in the basement.

Our installation team installed 140 feet of WaterGuard, a TripleSafe, 2 IceGuards, and 10 feet of Exterior Drainage. This system will protect the basement from water penetrating the basement and causing a flood. The system will collect that water and pump it out and away from the foundation.

Replacing Old Bulkhead, Rumney, NH

This homeowner in Rumney, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for 30 years. For the past 10 years, they have seen water collecting at the bottom of the bulkhead stairs. The water is seeping through the bulkhead and down the stairs. The homeowners called EFS for us to look at the bulkhead and find a solution for them. Our specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the bulkhead. After looking at the bulkheads' condition we recommend installing a new bulkhead and sealing it to make sure no water can seep into the basement.

Our installation team ordered a new bulkhead and waited for it to be delivered. Once in our hands, we brought it to the home and removed the old leaky bulkhead door. Next, we built it and installed the new bulkhead. We made sure to waterproof around the bulkhead to ensure no water can penetrate the basement.

The homeowners were very pleased with the installation of their new bulkhead door.
