They decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing an UltraSump, 8 feet of WaterGuard, and an IceGuard. 

Our production team installed the UltraSump and WaterGuard against the basement wall and successfully stopped the water from collecting in the basement.

The poly will seal up the foundation wall to prevent water and critters from entering the basement. Next, the team replaced the supports with lally columns to add support to the aging floor system. Lastly, the team installed the SaniDry Sedona in the basement to control the humidity in the basement.

Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and found that water had penetrated through all 4 walls. Also during the inspection, we noticed that the ERV was old and should be replaced. 

Our installation team installed a new perimeter drainage system and an Energy Recovery Ventilation System in the basement. This included 115 feet of WaterGuard, TripleSafe, 2 IceGuards, an exterior drainage line, and a new ERV. 

The two systems were able to keep the basement dry and the air fresh.
