Faced with a damp crawl space dilemma in Salem, MA, where water pooled under an encapsulated area, growing mold and undermining the homeowner's peace of mind - our team stepped in. As seen in the linked images, the ineffective sump pump was our first target, replaced with a robust Zoeller M53. We added an IceGuard for winter protection and a SaniDry Sedona to keep moisture levels at bay. Now, this once-waterlogged crawl space is a model of dry, mold-free efficiency.

This homeowner in Newburyport, Massachusetts was experiencing water coming into their basement. The area surrounding the home has a high water table and believe that is why water is entering their basement as frequently as it does. After enduring this issue for almost a year, after no water entered the basement for the first 24 years, the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

The design specialist recommended installing a Water Guard System, SuperSump, and Ice Guard in the basement.

A home that was built in 2020 has had a leak coming from its bulkhead since they purchased the home. The homeowners called EFS for a solution to their problem. A Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended a fix. EFS recommended installing a Trenchlock Radon Sealed WaterGuard, a SuperSump, IceGuard, and Interior Drainage Line.
