Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Winchester, Massachusetts, lives in an early 1900s home. Recently they have noticed water entering the basement through one of their walls. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement and our Design Specialist recommended installing our TripleSafe and WaterGuard into the basement to collect any water that comes through that wall and sends it back outside the home.

A homeowner in Winchester, Massachusetts, had just moved into their home in June. The pre-purchase inspection revealed some items the homeowners wanted to bring attention to. A friend referred them to EFS for a free inspection of their home to look at any waterproofing or radon concerns. Our Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended installing a TripleSafe, WaterGuard, IceGuard, and an Exterior Drainage Line into the basement to prevent water from seeping into the basement.

A homeowner in Winchester, Massachusetts, lives in an old home that leaks during heavy rainstorms. The water leaks through the foundation wall and onto the basement floors. The homeowner reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist looked at the basement and recommended installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard under the egress window in the basement.

A homeowner in Winchester, Massachusetts, purchased their home 35 years ago. Years ago they installed a makeshift pump in their basement to pump water out. Now many years later the water table has risen and caused the small pump to become overwhelmed. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement and sump pump. Our Design Specialist George Gouthier met with the homeowners and recommended replacing the existing makeshift pump with a bigger and better TripleSafe.

Before: High humidity in this Winchester, MA, finished basement was affecting comfort and air quality, but the homeowner didn't want a bulky dehumidifier taking up space in the living area.

After: We installed a SaniDry XP® in the garage and vented it directly into the finished basement, providing powerful humidity control while keeping the equipment completely out of sight. The result is a drier, healthier, and more comfortable basement without sacrificing aesthetics.
