In May 2023, these homeowners purchased their home. They had lived in the home for only a few months before seeing a small crack in their foundation and wanted it looked at. While looking at foundation companies they found Erickson Foundation Solution and noticed Radon Mitigation on our website. They decided to call EFS for a foundation and radon inspection. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended a radon system to be installed but also installed NexusPro over the cracks and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the moisture within the basement. 

The radon system was able to reduce the radon to safe levels.

This homeowner in Meredith, New Hampshire was experiencing high radon levels in their home. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Design Specialist Jason Vachon arrived at the home and inspected the basement. Jason recommended installing a radon mitigation system and CleanSpace into the basement. 

Homeowner in Laconia, NH had radon levels of 105 pCi/L in their basement. Our production team installed a radon mitigation system with two extraction points. 

A homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 20 years and decided this year they wanted to test the home for radon. They tested the home and the results averaged around 8 pCi/L and the homeowners decided to call EFS to have them design a radon mitigation system for their home. Our Design Specialist created a plan for the installation of the system and our installation team followed that plan and installed the radon system and lowered the radon levels in the home. 

This homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire, lives in a home that was built in 1977. They purchased the home in 1987 and recently began making some upgrades to their basement to help with radon and water intrusion so they can use their basement more. The homeowner called EFS because they offered solutions for waterproofing, moisture, and radon. Our Design Specialist John Prince met with the homeowner and recommended installing a radon mitigation system because the levels in the basement tested above the recommended amount.
