These homeowners in Mirror Lake, New Hampshire recently purchased their forever home. Before further investing in other home projects, they wanted to make sure the foundation was secure and safe. This led them to reach out to our Erickson Foundations Team to schedule a free inspection.

Justin Broussard carefully inspected the basement and then consulted with the homeowners. He noticed that one of their foundation walls was bowing extremely inward and was at risk of even potentially collapsing in. For a home that was built in the 1700's, it was crucial that this home got the support it needed. Justin recommended installing our PowerBrace auxiliary foundation wall. This wall stabilizes the fieldstone foundation. The homeowners recognized the importance of the situation and scheduled an installation date.

Once our installation crew had the auxiliary wall in place and completed the job, they had a walkthrough with the homeowners to go over the work that was done. The homeowners were very happy with the job knowing that their forever home is now supported by a strong foundation.

Faced with a bowing retaining wall in Beverly, MA, a homeowner turned to us in search of stability. Upon investigation, as captured in the before photo, the outward lean was more than just an eyesore—it threatened the property's safety. Our solution? The owner of a home in Newburyport, Massachusetts, just purchased their home and has already begun removing the back porch and addition so they could create a large back porch. To properly stabilize the porch the homeowner called EFS about us installing our Helical Piers. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing 16 Helical Deck Piers to stabilize the future porch. 

Our installation team installed all 16 piers to their proposed locations so we could stabilize the porch for many years to come. 

A homeowner in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, purchased their home 10+ years ago. They have put the home on the market and a prospective buyer had backed out due to some foundation concerns. On the back of the garage, the foundation has some cracking that has raised concerns for interested buyers. The seller decided they would like to have the problem repaired so the sale would go smoother. 

The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their foundation and our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing Geolocks to the foundation.

A homeowner in Stratham, New Hampshire, is planning to sell their home in the next 5 years and wanted to address some concerns in their home before it goes on the market. One of those concerns was the crack in the foundation wall in the basement. They called EFS to come out to their home for a free inspection and our Design Specialist inspected the crack and also found that the foundation was bowing inward. Our Design Specialist recommended installing FlexiSpan over the crack and installed 5 PowerBraces to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall.
