Concerned with the concrete sinking further, he wanted to level and stabilize the concrete. Our Design Specialist, Bryan Barnard, recommended PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that fills voids between the sunken concrete and soil underneath it. After injecting the foam, the concrete is almost immediately restored to its original position. This process is much quicker and cost effective than replacing concrete or mudjacking.

Trip hazards are now neutralized, and an even concrete surface has been made. The pool space is now safe and has a more attractive look.

This polyurethane foam is a permanent solution for concrete repair, taking a fraction of the time and cost that it would to replace concrete. Once installed, the PolyLevel will instantly raise concrete back to its original position. The NexusPro joint sealant is a highly flexible, silicone-based caulking material that is designed to withstand drying, cracking, and bubbling. This product seals joins from water infiltration and provides a clean look.

With PolyLevel and NexusPro installed, the company now has a safe and attractive walkway that enhances the overall look of the property.

Our PolyLevel specialists helped this homeowner with their uneven concrete pool deck in Taunton, MA. Some of the concrete slabs had settled and trip hazards had formed.
