This homeowner in Randolph Massachusetts was experiencing large cracks in their concrete on the side of their home. It has gotten so bad that they finally decided that it was time to repair it. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and suggested that they use Crack Seal to fix the cracks and then resurface the concrete for a new and clean look. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and repaired the cracks and broken slab and resurfaced the whole slab. 

This home in Randolph, MA was built in the 1950's, and as of 2015 the garage had begun to show signs of settlement in the concrete slabs. Some sections were very uneven, and the problem seemed to get more pronounced and worse over the years. 

Our team designed a solution to level and stabilize the uneven concrete with a polymer foam product called PolyLevel. In just a single day, our team injected the PolyLevel to fill the voids beneath the sunken concrete and fully stabilize it. The homeowner was able to park his cars on the slabs within minutes of installation, and the entire area was left clean and safe.
