Faced with a failing fieldstone foundation wall in Nashua, NH, the homeowners reached out to us for help. Notice in the before photo the visible distress – a sure sign of instability. Our solution? As seen in the after photo, we meticulously installed a cutting-edge auxiliary foundation wall, providing unparalleled support and stabilization. The corner of this homes foundation had a large crack. Erickson Foundation Supportworks sealed it with a polymer injection foam, as well as a polyurethane epoxy on the surface. 

The homeowner of this property wished to replace a failing lally column in their garage. The existing column was corroding and effecting the integrity of the structural beam up above. Erickson Foundation Supportworks replaced it with a SmartJack. In this view, the concrete around the base is still curing, and the surface will still be smoothed out.

The foundation on this detached condo was full of cracks, and the back section was leaning inwards more and more over time.  All the cracks were sealed, PowerBraces were installed to permanently stabilize the wall, and the wall was then also painted.

Rich G. of Nashua, New Hampshire had an issue where the concrete around his bulkhead had started to crumble and chip away. He has noticed the problem getting worse over time so he thought it would be a good time to call someone to repair it. Rich called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if they could come out and inspect the bulkhead.

Design Specialist Jason Vachon came to the home and inspected the bulkhead and noticed the concrete chipping away. Jason proposed a new bulkhead and new concrete around the edges. 

Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and replaced the old bulkhead with a new one will new concrete edges.
