Soil on the exterior of the foundation walls was saturated with ground water, making it heavy, and the added weight was causing the wall the crack and lean. 

Our team designed and installed a solution to permanently stabilize the wall against the heavy earth on the outside and prevent it from leaning any further. The owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Bristol, New Hampshire, hosted a wedding that our Project Manager Nate Erickson attended for a family member.
