Signe called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if someone could come out and look at the garage. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and inspected the garage. After inspecting the garage Paul proposed using PolyLEVEL and Resurface Pro to lift, level, and give the garage floor a nice clean look. 

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and used PolyLEVEL to level the garage floor. Then Nick and the team prepped the garage floor for the application of the Resurface Pro. The team sprayed the Resurface Pro and made the cracking and crumbling garage floor smooth.

Replacing Crawlspace Supports, Greenville, NH

Over the years, the wood beams and columns supporting the floor above became rotten, which eventually meant the floor above began sagging. This before and after highlights replacing a failing, rotten wooden beam with one of our steel I-beams. The SmartJacks are installed beneath these steel beams.
