Foundation Supportworks of New Jersey was able to remedy the problem with the PolyLEVEL Polyurethane Injection System. Drilling penny sized holes in the concrete and injecting the foam was able to lift the sunken concrete back to its original elevation.

System Design Specialist, Mike B inspected the home and suggested that the GeoLock Wall Anchors be installed. These anchors are specially designed for what the homeowner was experiencing. The wall anchors are made of galvanized steel for a long-lasting solution that will prevent any further inward movement of the walls. These anchors extend from the wall to the stable, soil beyong the home. They areanchored into the stronger soils, brace the foundation wall, preventing further movement. These anchors are installed with minimal invasion and can be easily concealed. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems received a phone call from a homeowner in Somerset, NJ about a foundation concern. The homeowner noticed their basement walls were cracking and bowing inwards. We had our System Design Specialist, Mike F., go to the home and inspect the walls. He presented his findings to the homeowner and recommended the Carbon Armor Straps would be the perfect solution.
