This Morristown, New Jersey homeowner was experiencing sagging floors on the first level of their home. They did research online and new that they needed something to provide additional support to their crawl space beams. They were interested in learning more about our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. We sent foundation expert, Dane, out to inspect the crawl space and ensure the SmartJacks would be the perfect solution. 

To ensure the system would provide the supported needed, Dane had to check the integrity of the crawl space beams and floor joist to make sure they weren't damage. Once he would confirm they would still in great condition, he had our team come and install the SmartJack system to multiple areas to stabilize the floors. 

A resident in Oak Ridge, New Jersey noticed their basement walls were beginning to crack and bow inwards. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection and suggested they use a wall reinforcement system. Our foreman, Wilver Cardoza, installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcement System which is made from a fiber-reinforced polymer. The straps are attached to the wall and secured with heavy-duty steel brackets. The straps will stabilize the wall and begin to pull it back towards its original position.
