We recently assisted a homeowner in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, who was experiencing concrete settlement issues around their driveway. Our team administered our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections beneath the sunken portions of concrete, ultimately lifting and restoring the slabs to their original surface height.

Faced with a soggy crawl space problem in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, this homeowner needed a reliable solution fast. As you notice in the before photo, the area was struggling with dampness, compromising comfort and air quality, along with poor insulation. We installed CleanSpace for a watertight seal, SilverGlo panels for insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to combat dampness. 

Before, this Egg Harbor Township home's crawl space struggled with water buildup and inefficient insulation. As you can see in the before photo, The old entrance to the space was insecure and allowed access to rodents, pests, water seepage, and other unwanted intruders. We stepped in to encapsulate the crawl space, and along with that project came a new crawl space entrance! The space is now protected and sealed off.

This Martinsville, NJ home had developed a crack in the first floor. The homeowners contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems in regards to helping repair their foundation. The inspector determined that their were temporary jacks installed in the crawl space which were insufficiently supporting the home which caused the crack in the first floor. SmartJacks were installed in this crawl space to properly support this foundation.

Bridgewater, NJ homeowner was experiencing water and moisture in the basement of their home. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a SuperSump Pump and a SanDry Dehumidifier to keep the basement dry and to prevent any moisture or a musty odor from forming in the basement.
