At this Chester home, the basement walls had begun to leak during heavy rainfall, which was causing water on the floor. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier on the contracted walls, which will then capture all leakage coming through and carry it down to the sub-floor drain. This poly sheet material will seal against leaks that come through the walls and keep water out of the basement, then into the sub-floor drain. 

This concrete crawlspace was extremely vulnerable to both moisture and cold drafts. Knowing the risk of mold and a high energy bill in the winter, this customer reached out to us for some help.

We came out and installed SilverGlo insulation throughout the crawlspace. SilverGlo has a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into your crawlspace. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to eliminate the damp and musty odors in the crawlspace by drying and filtering the air.
