To fix this dangerously bowing Springfield foundation wall, Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a PowerBrace wall system. The PowerBrace system prevents the wall from bowing any further and cracking.

Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to help provide a solution for the water concerns in this Short Hills, NJ  basement. Once the system was installed our team began stabilizing the foundation walls with Carbon Armor Straps. Our Carbon Armor Straps are made from flexible carbon fiber that is 10x stronger than steel. it is used to help stabilize the walls and end the cracking from emerging any further. It does not affect any future basement finishing and does not require any exterior excavation. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems fixed this cracked foundation wall in Woodbridge, NJ with a CarbonArmor reinforcement system. The carbon fiber straps contour tightly to the wall, preventing them from bowing or cracking. This foundation is now safe and stable and the low-impact solution required no outdoor excavation.

The owner of this home in Towaco, NJ noticed that the foundation was sinking at one of the back corners near the garage. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed push piers to the exterior of the home to lift the home back into its original position. The push piers were driven deep into the soil and transfers the weight of the home through the piers to the competent soil below. This Towaco home is now permanently stabilized.

The existing columns in this basement could no longer support the weight of the home. Our Senior Design Specialist, Jeff N. designed a solution that would add additional support the foundation needed for this home to be stable and therefore safe. Esau, our Foreman and his team were in charge of this project to make sure the installation was completed on time. By successfully installing our SmartJack Stabilizers, the homeowner no longer has to worry about sagging floors and weakened columns.
