A Warminster, PA homeowner noticed the first level of their home was sinking, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate. We took a look at the problem and discovered the crawl space beams, that supported the floors, where rotting and needed an extra support system. Joe noticed that the wooden beams in the basement below was sagging and needed additional support. He recommended the SmartJack Support System as the best solution. This homeowner in Belvidere, New Jersey noticed their walls were cracking and starting to bow inwards. This happens because loose soil after construction creates an active wedge where water can easily flow into it, and create hydrostatic pressure. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jay Alvarez, suggested they use a non-invasive solution to permanently stabilize the walls. Our foreman used the CarbonArmor System which is flexible carbon fiber fabric straps. The fiber straps are bonded to the inner face of the wall to stabilize it.

This homeowner in Cherry Hill, New Jersey noticed their basement walls were bowing inwards. This will allow the walls to be stable and safe again. It's applied with an epoxy resin to the wall and will stabilize the foundation wall.
