This West Milford, NJ homeowner had moisture coming in through the cinderblock basement walls. The basement was moist and had high humidity. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls and a SaniDry dehumidifier. The vapor barrier keeps the basement dry and the dehumidifier lowers the relative humidity. Now this basement is healthier!

This West Milford, NJ crawl space had foundation issues that concerned the family interested in purchasing the home. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed SmartJack Stabilizers to repair their sagging floors. SmarkJacks are installed under the sagging beams and provide permanent support to the beams and the foundation. Gradually the SmarkJacks will lift the beam back to its original position.
