Take a look at what can be inside a sump pump system after an entire year of keeping the basement dry and healthy. Our Service Team performed a routine, yearly cleaning, for this Moorestown, NJ home. When we opened up the sump pump pit we found the usual dirt and crim. Dirt and sediment can accumulate in the bottom of a sump pump pit during normal operations, such as in the SuperSump liner shown. During annual maintenance in the Moorestown, NJ residence, Quality 1st's service team cleaned the pump and liner as well as the WaterGuard below-slab system via access through an Inspection Port. The homeowner living in Williamstown, NJ had a driveway that had sunk about three inches.  Looking for a solution, the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. System Design Specialist, Maurice Robinson, examined the homeowner's driveway and recommended Polylevel to solve the problem. The Project Manager and his crew, injected PolyLevel into the homeowners driveway. The driveway was quickly raised, elevating the driveway and therefore removing the tripping hazard, leaving the homeowner satisfied.

Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy recommended PolyLevel to lift and level this sinking apron in front of the garage. We drilled small penny-size holes into the concrete slab and injected PolyLevel underneath to raise the slab back to level. PolyLevel is environmentally friendly and waterproof so it wont wash away or cause future settling.
