These basement walls in South Orange, NJ are now protected from moisture with our CleanSpace system.

Quality 1st Basement Systems inspected this wet basement and determined that water was leaking in due to a lack of sump pump and through the concrete walls. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a Triple Safe sump pump which pumps the water out of the basement keeping the basement dry. A CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed around the perimeter of the basement to stop water from coming in through the basement walls. This basement is now dry!

Our customer in West Orange was getting water in their 100+ year old basement.  Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended WaterGuard.  Here you can see the finished work from Esau and his crew.  

Our System Design Specialist, recommended a full sump pump replacement after they noticed their existing system failed allowing water into their basement. Foreman Esau and his team removed the old system and installed TripleSafeSump Pump system. Our system has three pumps that provide the ultimate solution. The airtight lid, prevents water from evaporating back into the basement. The alarm on top will alert the homeowner of any issues with the system as well.
