Our foremen installed the SmartJack System, which do not replace the existing columns, but they help to bring strength and stability to the foundation. This process is done by assembling the steel beams into the soil. The support beams and floor joists are immediately stabilized and the above floors and walls will be lifted and stabilized. The support system is engineered to support large homes and load-bearing wall construction.

Each strap is flexible, applied to the wall with an epoxy resin, and is 10x stronger than steel. Since the repair, the homeowner was happy to see their basement walls fully repaired.
