The garage floor of this Island Heights, NJ home had a crack running the full width of the garage. The back end of the floor had sunk approximately 4". The owners were contemplating selling the home and had to have the concrete leveled. The crack in the garage floor was because the concrete slabs had sunk due to a void underneath the garage floor. Quality 1st Basement Systems used the PolyLEVEL system to raise the concrete slabs back up to their original position.

An existing customer recommended Quality 1st Basement Systems to a neighbor experiencing water in their basement. The homeowner explained to System Design Specialist, Thomas Nehme, that small puddles of water would form during heavy rain. Over time they noticed water seepage through the foundation walls in the corners of the basement as well.

Thomas recommended a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard Drainage System and a Sedona Dehumidifier to fully waterproof the entire basement.
