The wall movement was caused by hydrostatic pressure on the opposite side. To secure each foundation wall in place, Carbon Armor Reinforcement System are applied to each section of the wall with a special epoxy to secure the straps in place. PolyLEVEL is a two-part urethane that, when combined, expands into a waterproof, rigid foam that is used to fill voids, stabilize slabs, and lift concrete.The polyurethane lifted the sunken concrete back to its original elevation.
