New bathroom we renovated in a Wilmington, DE basement.

A Warm New Space with a Gravity-Defying Toilet!? - Wilmington, DE

This customer got a finished space featuring our waterproof and mold-resistant products: Mill Creek flooring, Everlast Wall System, and a dropped ceiling. We installed a lovely full bathroom, but since the bathroom sits below the level of the main sewer line and drainage depends on gravity, we also installed a sewer ejection system. (Don't worry! We hid it under the floor in the linen closet. Out of sight, out of mind!) Electric baseboard heat was added to keep the space toasty warm, and a new SaniDry XP Air System handles any moisture in the air and leaves the basement with fresh, filtered air. A wonderful place to hibernate this Winter!

Basement Waterproofing in Schwenksville, PA

Do you have an old sump pump in your basement that isn't operating properly? Nothing is worse then no longer having peace of mind every time it rains. Quality 1st Basement Systems restored this homeowners peace of mind in Schwenksville, PA by replacing their failing sump pump system. Our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard French Drain to effectively collect and direct water away from the homes foundation. This is the ultimate solution because it provides three levels of protection with its three different powered sump pumps that sit inside the protective liner.

Pool Patio Leveled in Pennsville, NJ

This homeowner in Pennsville, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was beginning to sink and become unlevel. This happens because the soil underneath the concrete is poorly compacted. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath the concrete. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe, provided an inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam. Our foreman, Ramon Romero, began installing our PolyLevel Injection System. This is done by drilling tiny holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. PolyLevel has expanding properties that allow for accurate lifting and leveling of the slab. Now, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about tripping near their home!
