From scheduling our free estimate to the repair being completed the whole process was beyond A+ service and professionalism! They mailed out information pamphlets and booklets before our estimated date which gave us a lot of information. Shoutout to Dylan and his team for their great work in installing my French drain I have a condo in NYC and NYC law prevents workers from doing construction work after 6 pm. My job was much harder due to the concrete flooring, so it took much longer to complete the job than was expected. As 6 pm passed, Dylan was required by the building manager to cease work before the job was completed. Dylan was concerned about finishing the job, so he contacted me early the next morning to set up an appointment for later in the day to complete the installation. His team worked as fast as they could to complete their assigned work for the day. They arrived at my condo around 2. Dylan and his team completed the work by 5:30 so as not to have the situation that occurred the day before repeat itself. Thanks again to Dylan and his team for making sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.

I just replaced my old sump pump with a new pump. My tech, Ryan Santaliz was fantastic! Even when I said I wanted to replace the whole pump system, he discussed the less costly options to be sure full replacement was what I preferred. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and installed my new pump quickly!

100% Satisfied!  I have a finished basement, but there was a problem with moisture. I hired Quality 1st Basements to install a basement system. They installed a sump pump, and a Sanidry dehumidifier. It worked to completely dried the basement. This is the best thing I've ever done for my home. I now have a finished basement that I can use without worrying about flooding or mold. The technician, Thomas, were very efficient and very polite. They liked their jobs. They were pleasant. If you choose Quality 1st Basements, you will not regret it.

We have previously had Quality 1st install a sump pump system and install drains around the basement. They did an excellent job, were neat, cleaned up, and have provided excellent service to the system. We're going to have another wall of the basement added to the drainage system, and I am extremely impressed with the price, the short wait to have the work done, and the professionalism of the service tech, Justin Williams. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the interactions and the work that I've had done with this company and highly recommend them.
