Quality 1st waterproofed our basement two years ago. Recently the dehumidifier broke and leaked a significant amount of water. We were originally scheduled for repair one week out but we’re moved up to the next day when there was a cancellation. The service techs were professional and knowledgeable and corrected the problem. She was always cheerful and did her best to provide excellent customer service. Mr. Noe arrived with a worker at 2:00 and was driving away at 2:45. He was very pleasant and got right to work.
