Before and after we installed our basement waterproofing system in this once finished basement. 

A wet foundation kept the basement of this home in Garden City damp and musty. This called for our three-part solution: a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System along with our WaterGuard® drainage system around the entire perimeter of the basement. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry™ Dehumidifier and Air System. The final result was a dry basement that eventually became additional living space for the family.

Replacing this leaking basement window with a new window that won't leak. 

There was a crawlspace under a portion of this customer's house, causing cold floors in the winter and humidity build-up in the summer. Using CleanSpace® Crawl Space Vapor Barrier, we were able to eliminate both of these problems in the crawlspace, making the living space above it more comfortable.
