We installed a SmartSump in a tight area because of 2 factors: high water table and small available area. The high water table area is a problem for deep pumps so we used the shallower SmartSump. Also, the homeowner wanted to put it next to the burner which offered a small amount of room.

This homeowner had finished his basement but due to foundation cracks and seepage through the foundation, he would get water in his basement whenever it rained or snowed. Using our patented WaterGuard® drainage system and our SuperSump® premier pump, we got this wet basement back to a dry and comfortable living space, allowing the customer to fully enjoy his home.

This homeowner was experiencing persistent ground water seepage. The before picture of the basement shows no drainage system for water relief. We installed the WaterGuard system in conjunction with a SuperSump Pump which will allow water to properly drain out of the basement keeping this space dry for the future.
