He patiently explained what type of problems could occur and solutions for them. His equipment was immaculate and he wore mask at all ttimes while he was here. The time that he has been to my home, Kenneth was always kind, polite, respectful, very professional, caring, helpful, and he answered all of my questions.  When I told Kenneth that I would have Carlos and his crew to help with my crawlspace and basement, I found the crew to be excellent- the best workmanship since I’ve lived over 34 years in my home. Kenneth even came back to my house to put back the belongings in my basement with Abraham the helper.

The office staff was courteous and made an appt. rather quickly.  Richard Alexander came to my house and I was very impressed.  The presentation was great and the video answered all the questions.  I believed in the science behind the product.  I was able to schedule the work to be done within 1 week.  Deon and his crew arrived on time and had the job finished within 1 day.  They were very professional and cleaned up leaving no mess behind.      

As always, service technician was on time. He has been here a few times and is always very courteous and informative. 

Waterproofing company with character and integrity! I'd trust these guys with a job again in the future should my basement need further work.
