When Stewart noticed the brick work crumbling around an old steel support post in his basement in East Amherst, NY, he called Frank's for help. Our Design Specialist, Christian, went out to Stewart's home and suggested that Stewart get this steel support post replaced with a higher quality, more sturdy solution. Our crew came in and helped Stewart by installing two of our SmartJack steel support beams, which can handle 30,000 pounds of weight per post and can be tightened with annual maintenance.

When Bryce. B, from Lockport, New York, noticed water leaking into his basement through various cracks along his wall he called Frank's Basements for help. Our crew came in and installed several i-beams as well as a new drainage system, effectively stabilizing Bryce's wall cracks and channeling any water seepage straight to his sump pump.

This Waterport Crawlspace was being supported by almost nothing at all! Thankfully, with the installation of a SmartJack, this space will be structurally sound for years to come!

Donald T. called Frank's Basements for help when he noticed the foundation wall in his basement bowing inwards. After coming out to his property for a free assessment, our Design Specialist, Andrew, recommended that our crew install several PowerBrace steel beams along Donald's wall to combat the inward bow.

After having these beams installed, Donald can now have peace of mind and confidence in his new basement support system.
