When Cheryl, from Lake View, NY, noticed water seeping into her basement through a crack under her window, she called Frank's for help. Our crew came in and sealed the crack with our Xypex flexible sealant. Cheryl can now have full trust that no more water will leak into her basement!

When Jim C. noticed water leaking into his basement from around his Bilco doors, he knew it was time for a permanent solution. Our crew came out and installed a new drainage system that would never clog. Jim can now have a dry basement all the time!

When Jim C. noticed ground water in his basement, he thought to call Frank's Basement Systems for help. Our crew installed a Trench Drain system to effectively channel all ground water seepage directly to Jim's sump pump. Jim will no longer notice ground water seepage around his Bilco doors!

This Hamburg basement is now permanently waterproofed. The CleanSpace antimicrobial sheets on the wall will prevent moisture from entering through the walls and the patented WaterGuard drainage system will keep water under the floor.
