This leaky vertical crack in Chris's basement was causing water damage to the floor below it. He had Frank's Basement Systems come out to permanently fix it by using an Xypex repair system. This system is designed to prevent water from continuing to seep through the crack while also permanently sealing the crack itself. With the crack repaired, moisture intrusion is no longer a concern for this homeowner!

This finished portion of Mike’s basement started to struggle with water intrusion after days of heavy rain, so Frank’s Basement Systems turned this corner of Mike’s basement into the perfect spot for his new SuperSump! It will work to pump the water collected in it from the WaterGuard drainage system up and out of his basement, leaving the space nice and dry once again.

A large crack was repaired with our patented FlexiSpan system. BrightWall panels were installed over the repair to give a clean, finished look to the wall.
